Forrest Williams Announce Official Link With Barrister’s Chambers in Sheffield

Forrest Williams Press Release

National Motoring Lawyers Forge Link with Sheffield Barristers

Bank House Chambers Selected As Official Chambers of Choice

Sheffield’s Barristers at Bank House Chambers, have been selected as the official Chambers of choice by Forrest Williams, a National Specialist Motoring Law Firm based in Mansfield.

The niche law firm, who were previously known as Motoring Lawyers Online, successfully represent clients country wide, charged with motoring offences such as speeding, drink driving and careless driving.  They have worked with Barristers from all over the country but have now chosen to establish a link with Sheffield’s very own Bank House Chambers.

Steve Williams, principal of Forrest Williams and renowned motoring specialist Lawyer says: “We have worked with many other Barristers and Chambers who just don’t meet our strict requirements for legal knowledge and client care.  Bank House have consistently met and exceeded our requirements and this official link means that we commit to solely use them for our cases in the North and Midlands and beyond in certain circumstances’’.

The formal link will form part of the firm’s re-launch, and is a welcome boost to Bank House Chambers, who are the oldest set of Chambers in the Country and  based in the historic Grade II listed Old Bank House in the heart of Sheffield’s Legal Community.

Wayne Digby, Senior Clerk at Bank House says: “My Barristers and I are proud to have our hard work and dedication recognized by such a prestigious and progressive thinking National Law Firm who, like us, pride themselves on striving for excellence in all areas of advocacy and specialist legal advice as well as providing impeccable client care. I look forward to a long and successful working relationship with Steve and his dedicated team.”

Ex-West Yorkshire Super Cop Caught Drink Driving

Ex-West Yorkshire super cop, Bob Taylor, has been caught for drink driving.

Wakefield Magistrates Court heard how the current Council worker was almost double the alcohol limit when stopped after an anonymous tip-off alerted his old colleagues.

Despite a good, long driving record of 46 years and a high profile police career that saw him lead investigations including the case of the Yorkshire Ripper, Peter Sutcliffe, Mr Taylor was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Steve Williams of Motoring Lawyers Online was recently at Wakefield Magistrates Court representing a client charged with drink driving, and is not surprised by the outcome; “It’s a fair result.  The Deputy Distruct Judge who heard the case was sympathetic because Mr Taylor was of good character, but had to disqualify him.”

If you have been charged with drink driving, we can help you obtain the lowest disqualification.  Contact us for help on 01623 397200.
